This Module is Business optimization of Process of Fees. There is an option for the admin to see the financial statistics in graphical way.

Another advantage of the system is that it is very easy to edit the details of the student and delete a student when it found unnecessary. Terms and conditions


ITS shall be granted necessary extension time to cover delay caused by Force Majeure, if any. ITS shall not be liable for breach of contract if there is a delay on part of ITS in performing ITS obligations under this Agreement due to reasons attributable to Force Majeure. Force Majeure shall include without limitation war, invasion, revolution, riots, sabotage, lock-outs, strikes, work shut downs imposed by Government, acts of legislature or other authorities, stoppage in supply of material fuel or electricity, break-down of machinery, acts of God, epidemics, fires, earthquakes, floods, explosions, accidents, sea navigation blockage, or any acts or events, whatsoever which are beyond reasonable control of AIC and which shall directly or indirectly prevent completion of the Study within the time specified in this Agreement. If ITS is prevented from performing ITS obligation for a continuous period of 30 days, then either party may at any time thereafter while such performance continues to be excused, terminate it without liability, by notice in writing to the other. However, in such an event SCHOOL shall be liable to pay ITS for all services already rendered by ITS until the actual date of termination.

Registration of student

This Module is optimization of Student’s registration Process to any course available. In this part, all information related to student’s necessary for Registration will be fetched. This information included but not limited to – Student Profile information – Parent Information, Addresses Information, Sibling Information, and Academic Information.

Based on above information’s and successful registration, this module will provide access to Printing of Identity card and Summary or / and Payment slip. Upon successful completion of registration, Student will be provided User name and password to system where he will be able to take above printouts any time. Email system with attachments can be included in the modules if needed.
Admin Part will be provided to view information of any student – Course wise, ID wise / delete (status only) of Student.

Registration of staff

Admin can register new staffs for the school and can also edit the details for the existing staffs. She/He can change the status of the staff to active/in-active

Transport management

This Module is optimization of all processes related to transportation. It will manage Student’s data enrolled for using of Transport service of Institute, student’s fees collected, Students dues OR students enrolled date and valid dates. Facility to provide Transport pass with printing option can be included in this module and also in Student Management. Admin part of Add and manipulate Transport Vehicle, Add and manipulate transport charges, view students using Transport Services, their dues and Enrolled or expired dates. All information related to profile of students will be available here.. Transport can be One Way or Two Way depending on the requirement

Fees Management

This Module is Business optimization of Process of Fees. It includes Different reports of Fee collections includes but not limited to Total Fees collection, Fee collection Course wise, Fee Collection Pending, Project fee collection, refundable fees, Fixed fees, Security Deposits of students, Mode of collection of fees, student deposit details, Summary reports. There is an option for the admin to see the financial statistics in graphical way.

Other functionalities

The admin has the privilege to do CRUD operations for the parameter or master table entries like Academic Year, Grade, Batch, Teacher Subject Grade Mapping. The admin can promote selected students or all students of a Grade or Batch. S/He can print certificates.

Events

The teacher can create and evaluate the the assignments, projects, tests and homework. Based on the evaluated marks the certificated will be generated. The student can see the upcoming tasks and submit them. Parents only have view option.

Attendance

This module is used to maintain the students Attendance. Screens will be given for Teachers to mark the attendance of their class students in their login area. The attendance can only be viewed by the students. Reports for teachers and admin to view the attendance report class wise and student wise will be given with summary of Attendance Class wise and Subject wise will be presented.

Time Table

Teacher will be able to see his/her respective schedule for the week. This will give information about the subject he needs to teach for which Grade and Batch.

Class Events

School assignments ,seminar ,homework , class test or other exam .... are considerd as events . in this module scheduling and managin this kind of events for a particular class.

View Events

The students can view the events created by the student/ parent academic year calendar basis and also monthly wise. The students and the parents can view the test result/ credit of the student for the academic year or for sub terms.

Time Table

This module will covered the information regarding time table of all classes course wise with theirs time of class and teacher concerned. The above all information will be issued to any user after login only. Admin Part will be provided to Add and Manipulate Time table of all courses with all inputs needed
